your money in our machines, we expect our product to end up
in your hands. To do that:
• Each of our courteous Customer
Service Representatives receives extensive training.
• Postage-paid customer comment cards
at each location allow us to receive and act on valuable feedback
from our customers.
• We can provide service for vending
locations with weekend business hours.
• Our Service Technicians provide
timely on-site service 24/7. If the machine can't be fixed
in a reasonable time, we'll exchange it with another.
• We put the service techniques we've
developed and refined over 40 plus years in the vending business
to work for each of our 500 plus customers, every day.
At the center of our service is Capitol's
Customer Care Program. Each customer is assigned an Account
Manager who is responsible for maintaining our partnership
with you. The Account Manager will periodically inspect your
vending area and meet with you to review our performance and
insure you are receiving the best possible service. It is
this proactive approach that sets us apart. |
